
Hello!
I’m Paul and I started The Baking Workshop to share my passion for baking with people like you.
I’ve loved baking ever since I was young. After many years working in the corporate world and wondering if I should instead be baking for a living, I decided to take the dive and made the decision to pursue baking as a career. This led me to complete the Advanced Diploma in Artisan Baking at The School of Artisan Food and I’ve been a full time professional baker since.
I've worked in numerous bakeries across the country and I currently work at The Blewbury Bread Co in South Oxfordshire, where I particularly focus on sourdough bread and viennoiserie pastry (think croissants and pain au chocolat). All of this means I’m well equipped to make sure you have a fantastic baking experience at The Baking Workshop!
